Meetings are held normally on 3rd Thursday 7pm at the Town Hall and are open to any and all concerned citizens who wish to attend. In compliance with the American with disabilities act, individuals needing special accommodations during this meeting should notify, town clerk, 435-528-3883.

We need a form for future variances, and for building permit applications.
Lamar Bartholomew’s request for variance on fence height, on 300 N. P &Z voted 3 to 2 to give him a variance. –Approved- Chairman Lee Leifson voted against.
Christina Hosteenez needed information on the possibility of bringing a used singlewide mobile home into town. Ordinances were reviewed and it was found that the town does not allow used singlewide mobile homes to be brought in. Brandon Jensen suggested that a variance could be requested and considered, when needed.
Is there a sign posting the speed on 3rd north?
Bob Bown asked for permission to put gravel between his fence (west side, by orchard) and the street. P&Z voted 5 to 0 to approve.
We need a fee schedule for applications: water meters, connections, building permits, dog licenses, and fees for dog pick up, and town hall rental, and rental refunds. Needs to be put on website, and news letter.
Date for next meeting set for May 17th at 6:30 at Fayette Town Hall. We will review chapter 4.
